1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 oz Container light Vanilla Yogurt
1 Large egg
1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons Fresh Orange Juice
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
In another bowl, combine the pumpkin, egg, OJ, yogurt and oil; mix well.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.
Spoon into a 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 375° for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack
