Ingredients:

2 Cups Fresh Green beans, tips snapped off
Half Yellow Pepper
1/2 Cup water
1 T Oilve Oil
1 T Marjoram
1/2 of a fresh lemon
Directions:
  1. Add half cut of water to pan, heat for about 3 minutes, then add green beans. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until water has almost evaporated. Add 1 tablespoon, olive oil and basically stir fry them. Do this for about 3 minutes or until crisp to the bite. Add Margoram about half way through stir fry process. (Or, if you want, and I have done this and it was good, add, fresh lemon juice. Makes it real fresh.)
