Ingredients:

1/2 tsp hot sauce (I use more)
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsps veg oil (I use only 1 tbsp)
1 tsp chili powder
2 minced garlic cloves (I use more)
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 chopped medium onion (about 1 cup)
One 4 oz can green chilis (I like the whole chilis best and
chop them myself...avoids skin)
15 oz can (I use the 28 oz can) Italian style stewed
tomatoes (chopped, with juice)
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp lemon pepper (or just pepper and add splash of lemon
juice) 
Directions:
  1. In a large saucepan saute:

  2. 1 chopped medium onion (about 1 cup)

  3. 2 minced garlic cloves (I use more)

  4. 2 tbsps veg oil (I use only 1 tbsp)

  5. Saute until onion is soft (about 5 min) then add:

  6. One 4 oz can green chilis (I like the whole chilis best and chop them myself...avoids skin)

  7. 15 oz can (I use the 28 oz can) Italian style stewed tomatoes (chopped, with juice)

  8. 4 cups chicken broth

  9. 1 tsp lemon pepper (or just pepper and add splash of lemon juice)

  10. 2 tsp worcestershire sauce

  11. 1 tsp chili powder

  12. 1 tsp ground cumin

  13. 1/2 tsp hot sauce (I use more)

  14. Simmer for 20 minutes

  15. In small bowl, combine 4 tbsp flour and 1/2 cup of water, whisk into soup. Bring soup back to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

  16. Add 1 pound skinless bouneless chicken breasts (rotissere chicken works well), cut into small cubes. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  17. Stir in 1/3 cup non-fat cour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Top with tortilla chip strips.
